Accommodation will be reserved along registration. 

Rooms have been reserved for conference participants at one hotel and one hostel - both very close to the congress venue.

Your room reservation will be made following payment of the deposit (first night’s cost) or if a credit card number is provided on the registration form. Please register and book your room here: (link will be opened  on 1 February 2010)

Please note: In case of no-show there will be at least one night’s deposit depending on the hotel.

Important: Please make your reservation before 1 March 2010 as room availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.

All prices include breakfast and VAT at 8%.
