Conference Venue

The congress will be held in Helsinki at Marina Congress Centre. The venue is centrally located and by the sea shore.

 
Language

The official language of the congress is English. 

Travelling to Helsinki

•  Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is approximately 20 km from the city centre
• Around 120 international flights arrive daily at the airport
• Ferries from Stockholm (Sweden) operate overnight to terminals at the South Harbour. Viking Line arrives exactly to Marine Congress Centre.

Visa (Entry into Finland)

Participants requiring an entrance visa to Finland should contact the Finnish consulate at their home country at least three months before their intended travel period in order to arrange for visa to Finland.  

Letters of Invitation

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the congress should contact the secretariat (info(at)congcreator.com). The invitation does not obligate the congress financially in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
