Registration fees

The registration fee includes the programme, lunch and coffee/tea during the congress days,  opening party on Wednesday and dinner on Thursday. It does not include accommodation. The lower nurse fee does NOT include the evening programme.

Cancellations

If you must cancel your registration for EBMT-PDWP 2010  please note that it must be done in writing: Written notice of cancellation must be received at CongCreator CC (Email: info@congcreator.com, Fax: +358 (0)9 4542 1930) by 5 May 2010.

Registration fee less 25 EUR administrative and banking fee will be refunded for all cancellations made before 5 May. No refunds will be granted after 5 May.

"No Shows" without written notification will be addressed the full registration fee, with no refund provision.

Hotel deposits cannot be refunded after 5 May 2010
